Shipping

Mad Genius Creations ships within Canada by Canada Post. Ground shipping is standard however, expedited shipments can be requested. 

Shipping charges will be calculated at time of shipment. The calculated shipping time at checkout is for business days in transit with the carrier. It does not include processing time. Please allow additional time for weekends and holidays.

In stock orders placed by 3:00 PM ET will be shipped the same business day.

If you need overnight shipping, please contact us before placing your order.

International orders are not available at this time but will be soon. 

Shipping Errors

If Mad Genius Creations ships incorrect items, a return label will be issued. Shipping will be at our expense. The same shipping method as original order will be used. Replacement items will be shipped upon our receipt of returned merchandise.

Returns

Our return policy allows you to send back the merchandise in new and unused condition within 30 days of the purchase for an exchange, full store credit, or a refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping cost and a 25% restocking fee.

Orders cancelled after the transaction clears and before the order ships will incur a 15% processing fee.

After receiving your order, please check it carefully against the invoice. If any item is incorrect, please call us within 3 business days. 

All returns must be authorized prior to return shipment. All returns must be shipped in original packaging in new, undamaged, resalable condition. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days of receipt. All special order items are non-cancelable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable.
