Refund Policy

Our return policy allows you to send back the merchandise in new and unused condition within 30 days of the purchase for an exchange, full store credit, or a refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping cost and a 25% restocking fee.

Under no circumstances will Mad Genius Creations reimburse or pay for any parts/labor charges related to any incorrect, faulty, or defective product. There is no refund for shipping charges on returned items.
